On future Tuesdays, I’ll be posting about what’s trending regarding the main theme for the week (unless there’s another important issue that’s trending), and hopefully have some meaningful conversations with you about it. Mental health & well-being are essential to living a balanced life. If you have a mental health diagnosis, you can still achieve mental wellness and life balance. The journey to achieving mental wellness is part of the process in finding that life balance. The same goes for physical & spiritual well-being. Mind~Body~Soul make up the whole person, and the whole person is affected by the environment that they’re in.

Until tomorrow…

Happy Journey!
