My name is Tracey, & I’m a Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, nurse, & social worker working as a mental health professional. I’ve recently added blogger & writer to my list of life roles. I hope that none of my roles prevents you from reaping the benefits of my blog. I’ve created it to be a help to those who neglect self-care. You may have a longer list of life roles than I’ve shared about myself, & that likely means that you give much to others, but fail to show and give yourself the same care and attention. My hope is to help you learn to care for yourself as you have always done for others, & by learning this, find balance with your mind, body, & soul.
You may notice that I use the word “hope” frequently. I’m a word-lover, or logophile, & “hope” just happens to be one of my favorites. It’s a small word, but holds so much power! Remember that as you journey through balancing your mind, body, & soul.
